We take pride in offering great customer support for our services. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
A client may cancel a project for any number of reasons, perhaps because they've decided not to pursue the project due to timing, money, or change of focus.
Due to the nature of writing and web design where a majority of the work may be done before the client every sees a deliverable, a "kill fee" will be charged to cover our billable time and any tangible expenses (delivery fees, hosting costs, etc.) in the event a client cancels the project.
A kill fee will be based on a percentage of the project estimate and tangible expenses. It will be charged to new clients in the form of a deposit and specified for existing clients in their project estimates.
